Please check to see if your office is already included by carrying out a SEARCH for your Town or Estate Agent name. If you find your office is not included then please send us an email with AGENT NAME, ADDRESS including POSTCODE and TELEPHONE NUMBER including area code(s). There is a £19.99 annual charge for a basic listing in the agentUK estate agents database. In addition to the basic listings we offer a number of preimum options to give you a competitive advantage in the market.

b. Enhancing an Estate Agent Listing to agentUK.com: 149.00 GBP per Year

First - ensure your Estate Agent is listed in agentUK. Then to gain a competitive advantage upgrade to an Enhanced Listing. Being listed at the Top of a Location (or Locations) can increase the number of clients seeing your Estate Agent details up to 10 times. In addition your Estate Agent listing will feature an email address and a URL address. At present agentUK.com limits the number of 'top slots' to just 6 per Location meaning your Estate Agent gets maximum exposure at a minimum price. There are discounts available for multiple office agencies and multiple location packages (enquire for details).

c. Adding an Agent Profile listing to agentUK.com: 149.00 GBP per Year

First - ensure your Estate Agent is listed in agentUK and that you've upgraded to an Enhanced Listing. to gain additional exposure upgrade to an Agent Profile. In simple terms this is a 1 page satellite website containing information about your organisation, with your graphics and your content. Give potential Clients all the information about your Estate Agent. In addition all agencies upgrading to an Agent Profile will get a 'recommended' graphic next to their Enhanced Listing - therefore providing further advertising benefits.
